    Isolation of an agricultural soil agarolytic Flavobacterium sp. AT2 and its agarase characterization

    This study aimed to isolate a novel agarase-producing soil bacterium and characterize its agarose, which is known to produce biofunctional agarooligosaccharides or neo-agarooligosaccharides.
