Introduction

Molecular Biotechnology group (MBT) was formerly the Department of Molecular Biology, Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University. The department was established according to the Decision No. 1436/QD-ĐHH dated July 21, 2014 of the President of Hue University.

Currently, members of MBT belong to 2 Laboratories and 1 Department of Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University (Laboratory of Gene Technology, Laboratory of Enzyme and Protein Technology, Department of Biology and Applied Biotechnology).

  • Application on using enzyme from microorganism for treatment environment pollution, aquaculture, enhance food storage and processing, and produce bio-fertilizer.

  • Identification and qualification metabolism of production pathway of enzyme from microorganism
